Daout Celestin has been a fixture of the Piermont restaurant community for the past 35 years. His vision was to create a warm welcoming space where all would be comfortable and enjoy authentic French food and wine, and great company among friends. In 2008, Daout saw his opportunity when a space with a lovely garden and outdoor bar became available right in Piermont. He and his wonderful staff have been welcoming guests there ever since. Come treat yourself to a delicious culinary experience prepared and served by wonderful staff. Outdoor dining is available when the weather is conducive.
